EnerFlo.ai is a CRM and quoting platform for UK energy brokers. Features include lead and customer management, tariff catalogues, quote generation, contract management, follow-ups, and supplier integrations.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service.
• Do not upload malware or violate third-party rights.
• Comply with applicable UK financial promotion, energy broking and data protection regulations.

4. Customer Data & Confidentiality

You retain ownership of all customer and business data you upload. We process such data on your behalf as a data processor in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The EnerFlo.ai platform, including all software, branding, and documentation, is owned by Iron Wolfe Technologies Ltd. Nothing in these Terms transfers any IP rights to you beyond a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service.

6. Fees & Subscriptions

Where applicable, fees are charged according to the plan you have subscribed to. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iron Wolfe Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of data.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
